PlayStyle: Aggressive/Mixup

Play if: + You like hiding your approach 
               + You like having more mixup options
               + You having a strong defensive mechanic

Avoid if: - You like seeing where you are when you dash
                 - You don't want to use your Hard Attack often
                 - You don't feel you need defensive help
 
Suggested for: Any character that has a decent Hard Attack and if you want to have another layer of mixup to your game.



                                         Key Gougi


Ghost: This gougi turns you completely invisible shorty after dashing forward. You maintain it until you press an attack, get hit or block an attack, or the time of the invisibility runs out. There is no invincibility while you are invisible so be cautious. If you struggle against Ghost you can see if they are jumping by looking at the screen/camera following the jump itself. 




 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Guard Cancel: As the name says while guarding or more specifically during block stun (while you are blocking an attack). You are able to cancel into any special move that your character has at the cost of one bar or super for two bars of meter. It grants a chunk of invincibility to the move you choose even if that move didn't have any before. It does not start instantly so it can be baited or whiff depending on the move you choose.









 
 
 
 
 
 

Illusion: The best gougi to have to avoid a possible full damaging combo depending on the character and what combo your opponent goes for. You are fully invincible during the blue effect on your character. It's similar to a breakaway like in Mortal Kombat 11 but the difference is it's up to the opponent to activate it with the damage they do and some characters can call you out and get a setup on you when it activates so be careful.
